Chong Kong is the Human Resources Director of PwC Singapore where he oversees the Human Capital function of PwC and drives PwC’s human capital strategy and performance in Singapore.

An award-winning Marketer turned Human Capital Professional, Chong Kong brings with him extensive working experience in Human Resource (HR) Management covering core functions such as Organization Development, Change & Transition Management, People Experience, Talent Attraction & Employer Branding, Talent & Performance Management, HR Business Partnering, Employee Communications, Employee & Industrial Relations and Learning & Development.

In the earlier years of Chong Kong’s career, he had also gained marketing, branding & communications management experience in advertising, sales & marketing areas covering the IT and FMCG industry.

Chong Kong assumes both human capital and marketing roles in MNC environment such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hewlett-Packard, Intel Technology, Philip Morris, Dell Computer, 3M, and Ogilvy & Mather with regional responsibilities covering Singapore market and the Asia Pacific region.

Chong Kong graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Eugene has more than 20 years of HR experience, covering a broad spectrum of HR functions.  He has led HR teams across various geographies (US, Latin America, CEEMEA and Asia Pacific) working closely with regional business leaders in companies including Applied Materials, Hewlett Packard, IBM and Accenture.  Before embarking on a HR career, he was a Human Capital Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Eugene is currently the Regional HR Director at Kimberly-Clark where he leads the HR function across all business and global functions in ASEAN.  He also oversees the Asia Pacific HR Shared Services Centre.  Prior to this, Eugene was the APAC HR Leader at Juniper Networks.

Eugene graduated with a Business Administration degree from the National University Singapore and has a MBA (International Marketing) with Surrey University, UK.  He speaks and participates in HR forums both locally and within the Asia region.  Eugene still serves his military reserve duties with the Singapore Army, and he plays the guitar and performs occasionally with his jazz trio.

Dr. Jaclyn Lee is currently the Senior Director, Human Resources and Head of HR Technology and Analytics, for The Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). She handles the full spectrum of HR for the university and is one of the pioneer team members charged with starting up the new university from scratch. She has worked with the senior management team in developing the mission, vision and values of the new university when it was incepted. As the Senior Director for HR, she is also responsible for developing the Total Compensation Structure, Performance Management System, spearheading new HR policies and processes, recruiting key leaders, senior academics and faculty, as well as managing the Human Capital Development Strategy. In addition, she heads the Human Resource Technology and Analytics function and is also a specialist in the use of digital tools for culture change.

Jaclyn was previously Senior Vice President, Group Human Resources, responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources for Certis CISCO Security Pte Ltd, a security services company comprising of about 10,000 employees in Singapore and 25,000 in the region. Her role there included strategic HR planning for Singapore and the region, compensation and benefits, performance management and scorecard measurement, employee engagement, human capital development, employer branding, resourcing and other special projects.  One of her key achievements in Certis was successfully managing a very difficult wage re-structuring project that involved thousands of workers.

She has over 25 years of HR experience, and has also managed Strategic Planning, organizational development, and regional HR in one of her previous roles as Regional HR Director for NEC Solutions Asia Pacific.  In that capacity as Regional HR Director, she developed the talent and career development framework for Engineers and high potentials in the South Asia Region.  She was also the Balance Scorecard leader for the region.

Jaclyn participates actively in conferences as a speaker, both locally and internationally and has spoken in more than 60 local and international conferences. She is the recipient of the Outstanding Contribution to HR Award (HRM Asia 2017) as well as the Leading HR Leader Award at the annual SHRI Awards for 2008.  On top of being a volunteer HR Director in SPRING Singapore’s initiative to drive good HR practices in SMEs, she is also a member of the Professional Practices Committee of the Institute for Human Resource Professionals, and a member of the Human Capital Policy Advisory Committee for SPRING Singapore.

Jaclyn is a strong advocate of HR Digitization and Analytics, and has in recent years been speaking on topics ranging from the future of work to future skills, as well as the use of Big Data in Human Resources. She is also an expert in the use of crowd sourcing technologies for culture change, and has developed a tool called the, “OCAI-Spilter” that uses the concept of group decision making and Design Thinking to facilitate the process of culture change.

She has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Information Systems from the University of Twente (Netherlands), Masters in Business from Singapore Management University, Masters in Human Resources Management from the State University of New Jersey, Rutgers (USA), and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Brandon University (Canada).

Aditi is the Region Head – Human Resources, Markets & Securities Services, Asia Pacific at Citibank.  Her responsibilities include partnering and advising business on performance and talent management, compensation, learning and development and talent acquisition for all product lines.

Aditi has been with Citi for over 12 years and has held a number of Human Resources positions supporting an array of businesses like Consumer Bank, Operations & Technology in both India and Singapore. She was also the Compensation & Benefits Lead for a few entities in India.

At Citi she trains for a number of Leadership programs and is passionate about coaching.

Prior to joining Citi, Aditi worked as a Human Resources generalist in a large telecommunications company in India. She has done her MBA from Symbiosis University in India and with a specialization in HR.

Sundar Rajan is Director of Human Resources for Regional Execution Center for Asia Pacific and holds an additional portfolio for E House Line of Business in Schneider Electric focused on business partnering with various business leaders across APJ and EMEA geographies in the execution of business strategy. Sundar joined Schneider in 2009 in India as Head of Human Resources for the IT Business, Schneider Electric. Currently, he is based in Singapore.

Sundar with more than 25 years’ experience in HR roles has key expertise in designing and implementing HR Strategy, people processes and systems in large-scale HR environments. He has worked with Global  MNCs and large Indian conglomerates in leadership HR roles, including stints at Corporate and Business Partner HR Roles.

Sundar has gained significant experience & exposure as an HR specialist involved in various mergers and acquisitions at APAC level, from due diligence to integration, and has led change management initiatives oriented towards high-performance culture.

During his career journey, Sundar has co–architected organization redesigns aimed at creating multiple growth engines, driven HR transformations, worked on multiple M & A projects and defined key HR metrics to evaluate HR value-add.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Sundar was Assistant Vice President & Head – Business Partner HR and Global Compensation and Benefits at Aricent technologies (formerly Flextronics).  Earlier to that held a position of Head – HR for a large business Unit in Infosys Technologies Limited, Bangalore.

Others positions he held during his career progression include Senior Manager – Corporate HR, Praxair;  and Deputy Manager – HR, Tube Investments of India. He started his career with National/ Panasonic (Indo Matsushita Appliances Co Ltd) in 1990.

Sundar holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Loyola College India. His hobbies include long-distance driving and reading business journals and magazines to keep him abreast of newer trends.

Vandna Ramchandani is head of Talent, Philanthropy and Engagement for Bloomberg LP in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, Ramchandani oversees talent acquisition and development, and drives both the recruitment strategy across every level, from senior executives to fresh graduates, as well as drives the talent management strategy including leadership development and succession planning. She also oversees Bloomberg’s philanthropy and employee engagement programmes for the region, focused on arts and culture, education, human services and sustainability.

Ramchandani has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held leadership roles across various departments in Bloomberg including data management, sales and customer support. Prior to her role in HR and Philanthropy, Ramchandani was Global Data manager for Asia Pacific and the Middle East, managing a cross-cultural team of over 250 people.

Ramchandani is a member of Bloomberg Singapore's office committee since 2011, which she chaired until 2015. She is a frequent speaker at conferences on leadership and professional development. Inclusion, local leadership, as well as mentoring young woman are topics close to her heart.
